Energy Performance Certificates - EPCs
 
Now required for every home marketed for sale or rent
 
Your EPC is an easy to read report following a physical survey of your home with the energy rating of your home together with a calculation of the carbon footprint - both shown in easy to read graphical form. The report will contain recommendations on how to improve your home's energy consumption and thus reduce both costs and carbon dioxide emmisions.
Taking the time to understand the report will pay dividends.  If you need help after we deliver your EPC to you, our energy assessors would be very pleased to receive your call and discuss the report with you.

Some poor examples of energy efficiency, uninsulated roof spaces, hot water cylinders, and energy hungry lightbulbs

Most of the time this is a simple DIY job with jackets readilly available at most DIY stores with fitting instructions

Old fashioned back boilers or wall hung boilers love to eat your money and reluctantly give out heat for the rest of the home
