This is a document prepared by the seller of a property which contains the same information which has always been requested by a buyers Solicitor with one extra document called an Energy Performance Certificate, or an EPC. This document is an assessment of the homes energy efficiency and carbon footprint. The report contains useful information on how to reduce the energy consumption of the home and thus its CO2 emmissions, now widely recognised as a "Greenhouse Gas" and a major cause of climate change. By taking steps to reduce the emmissions by implementing the reports recommendations, this will help to reduce the contribution your home is making to climate change.
